Before mom (the person this site is dedicated to, Rachel) passed away, she made me make a promise to her.  A promise I am soon going to be able to keep to my very best friend.  I had been working for a while to make my dream come true and finish my book, “The Sky is Green and The Grass is Blue” “turning your upside down world right side up!’  She got to read a lot of it, but passed away before it was complete.  The book, which is everything I wish someone told me years earlier, is about transforming bad into good, unhappiness into happiness, death into life, despair into hope.  This site itself is a testimony to this belief.  Rachel is gone from this earth now, but the paradox that she still lives on in all the people who come to know her through her personal fashion treasure collection, is a pure joy in the midst of any grief or sadness.  Mom, I love you…
